Akoji Integrated Therapy Solutions, PLLC was created to meet the growing need for specialized physical therapy and accessibility support within Texas school districts. Led by Dr. Akeila, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive experience across multiple San Antonio-area districts, Akoji provides comprehensive services that blend clinical expertise with practical, campus-level solutions. We are dedicated to ensuring every student has safe, equitable access to their educational environment.
We support students with mobility needs through individualized physical therapy, adaptive equipment evaluation, and functional mobility training. Our team partners with districts to strengthen accessibility compliance, improve emergency evacuation readiness, and enhance PT program operations. Through collaboration with special education teams and campus administrators, we deliver tailored solutions that address each district’s unique challenges and opportunities.

Emergency Evacuation Planning & Staff Training
Specialized emergency evacuation planning and training for students with mobility needs, plus district-level staff training on safe student handling and mobility equipment operation. Ensures your campus is prepared to safely evacuate and support all students during emergencies.
